Thomas joined Yelp in 2013. In his current role, he oversees customer support across Yelp’s business lines, and previously served in a number of progressive roles across ad operations, revenue operations, and customer success. Before joining Yelp, Thomas was Director of Ad Services at ESPN and served in technical and production roles at Disney Interactive and the Walt Disney Internet Group.
